Now, with our latest update, you can assign several trigger words to a single keyword. This feature is a game-changer for contests with multiple entry options or timeframes. For instance, managing a weekend-long qualifying contest every hour is now a breeze. Embrace flexibility and inclusivity, ensuring no participant is left behind due to a simple typo or variant!
2. Contest Mode: Now the Default Superstar
Our users have spoken, and we’ve listened! The much-loved Contest Mode, renowned for its entry-limiting prowess, is now the default setting when you create a keyword. This ensures a fair playfield where each listener gets a single entry per word. Plus, to keep your front-end inbox neat and tidy, messages in Contest Mode are automatically hidden. Prefer to keep an eye on all incoming messages? No problem! Just untick the “Hide message from Text Groove Interface” option, and voilà, full visibility is yours.
3. New Feature in Contest Mode – Flexible Re-Entry Limits
Tailoring your contest to the rhythm of your event is now simpler than ever. With our new “Limit Re-entry within a given time period” option, you can set a timeout for re-entries. This means participants can re-enter and gain additional entries after the set duration – be it minutes, hours, or days. Combine this with our Multiple Trigger Words feature, and you’re equipped to run hourly qualifiers with distinct keywords without the hassle of multiple setups.
